In my life I have traveled to many beautiful places. Most of them in my mind are a blur, but one place I have never forgotten. It is my hometown MAMUDPUR.
this place is in Kolkata.
Mamudpur is a small village in the north 24 parganas.To reach the village u have to first board a local train from sealdah station and reach the last stop HASANABAD, from where u have to cross the Ichamati river via boats.then u reach KATAKHALI from where u can board a cab or auto to reach to mamudpur.
this place is surrounded by rivers, the above is one of those rivers.
the place is full of greenery,everywhere u can see the coconut trees, and there are many more .
